He holds a Postgraduate degree in Commerce and a Degree in Law, highlighting his strong academic foundation. With extensive experience in the political, administrative, and social framework of Maharashtra, Shri Mulak provides valuable insight and strategic direction to the institution, strengthening its role in education and social development.
